Book your accommodation Did you know our delegates can take advantage of our preferential rates when booking accommodation? But hurry! There is limited availability and rooms will get swept up faster than ever before so we recommend you secure your accommodation in advance to avoid disappointment.

Do you need a visa? You can download a visa invitation letter directly online from the My Orders section of your Pass Manager area if you need one for your trip. Once you have registered, simply click on Options on the pass(es) under your Purchased Orders and then Download Visa Letter.

Your online pass should show as ‘Ready to Go’ The Money20/20 badge shows your Headshot, Name, Company Name and Job Title. Make sure your details on your pass in the My Orders section of your Pass Manager area are up to date and correct. The pass will show as Ready to Go only when all details have been completed.

Dietary requirements? If you have specific dietary requirements, we’ve got you covered. Simply add in your dietary requirements at the time of your registration– you will see a designated field for this when registering your pass. If you did not book your own pass, please contact the Delegates Team with your dietary requirements and will add this in for you. Make sure you add in any dietary requirements by 15th May 2023.

Lookout for your Barcode email This will be sent to you directly to the email used to register your pass a few days before the show, the barcode email needs to be shown at Badge Pick Up to collect your physical badge.
