Does the email address on your Money20/20 website account match the one against your pass?

The email address for your website account and on your pass must match in order to enable access.

If you are already logged in to an account where the email address does not match the one on your pass, please follow these three simple steps:

Step 1 - Go back to your Money20/20 Europe account and choose ‘Log out’.

Step 2 - Go back to Money20/20 Connect on desktop or on your mobile app and click on ‘Login to Money20/20 Europe’

Step 3 - Choose ‘Sign Up’ (under the Login button) on the Create Your Money20/20 Account page to create a new account, with the email address that matches your pass.

Do you have a pass for Money20/20 Europe 2023?

Only Money20/20 Europe 2023 pass holders will be able to access Money20/20 Connect.

If you have a pass, please note the following:

  1. The email address on your Money20/20 website account must match the email address on your pass. If these do not match and you are unable to login to Money20/20 Connect, please try following the above steps.

  2. If you have an account but have forgotten the password, please click on ‘Forgotten Password?’ from the Create Your Money20/20 Account page.

  3. It can take up to 1 working day from purchase for access to be enabled for Money20/20 Connect.

  4. If your company has purchased a pass but it has not yet been assigned to anyone, please ask the login contact to assign the pass to you first from the Purchased Orders section of their Pass Manager.

If you do not have a pass already, you can buy now. Please note it can take up to 1 working day from purchase for access to be enabled for Money20/20 Connect.
