Everything you need

to get back to business at Money20/20 Europe

With not long to go until Money20/20 Europe begins, our team is getting ready to jet off to Amsterdam to start building the show. Exciting!

You’ll be preparing to travel soon too. Use this checklist to make sure you have everything you need. A couple of quick admin bits to tick off and then you’ll be inside Money20/20, getting back to business, in real life.

It’s going to be busy, so please leave lots of time to pick up your badge, and to get through the checkpoint each day, before your first meeting or content session.

Here are your 4 steps for a smooth Money20/20 experience:

1. Arrive in Amsterdam

Make sure you know what docs you’ll need with you. Where are you travelling from?

/ The European Union

/ The UK

/ The USA, Israel or another country on the Dutch “very high risk” list

/ Another country outside the EU

2. Get through checkpoint

Each day, you’ll need two things to get into the show: your Money20/20 badge (see step 3 below) and a wristband to show that you’ve successfully passed through the government health checkpoint. A new wristband is required for each day of the show. Facemasks aren’t mandatory inside Money20/20 but they will be required in the checkpoint & testing areas. There are 2 ways to pass through the checkpoint each day and get your wristband:

A. Proof of vaccination The government requirements for the proof of vaccination can be found here. For a step-by-step guide to entering Money20/20 using proof of vaccination, take a look at this page.

B. Negative Covid test result If you don’t have proof of vaccination, no problem. There are free-of-charge testing facilities on-site at the show, and your negative antigen test result can be used to pass through the checkpoint instead. It’s important to pre-book your test for each day so the test centre can match your results to your name & contact info. For a step-by-step guide to booking your tests and entering Money20/20, take a look at this page.

3. Pick up your badge

On Friday 17th September, we’ll be sending you an email with a barcode that you can use to collect your badge. (If you register your pass after 16th September, your email may take a little longer to arrive.) Keep a lookout for the email and bring the barcode with you to the show. Either printed or on your phone is fine. Badge collection is open from 2pm - 8pm on Monday, and from 7.30am onwards on Tuesday.

If you need to make any changes to your badge, you can make the edit in our Pass Manager. Make sure you’ve uploaded a passport-style headshot photo of yourself (where you can be clearly recognised for security purposes) to avoid a delay when you’re collecting your badge.

4. Enjoy the show!

And remember to use our Connections app to see who else is coming and book meetings in advance (open the link on your phone to download the mobile version).

See you there! Sophie & Team 20/20
