With not long to go until Money20/20 Europe begins, you'll no doubt be preparing to travel and be onsite at Europe's biggest fintech show.

Use this checklist to make sure you have everything you need. A couple of quick admin bits to tick off and then you’ll be inside Money20/20, getting back to business, in real life.

Money20/20 Europe 2023

When does delegate registration open for Money20/20 Europe? We are now open for delegate registration. For all available passes and prices visit our Pass Picker.

When does Money20/20 Europe 2023 take place? Money20/20 Europe kicks off on Tuesday 6th June and finishes on Thursday 8th June 2023.

Where will Money20/20 Europe 2023 be held? Money20/20 Europe will be held at Rai Amsterdam in Amsterdam. The full address is Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Is there a registration deadline? No, once registration is open, delegates can register up to and throughout the show, but we recommend securing your pass early to secure the best rate. You can also purchase a pass onsite at Badge Pick Up.

How to secure your Money20/20 Europe pass part 1

What are the different pass types and how much do they cost? For all available passes and prices visit our Pass Picker.

What does my pass include? All delegates passes include the same benefits:

  • Full access to the show across 3 days
  • Unlimited networking opportunities including access to the full attendee list via Money20/20 Connect
  • Curated content across multiple stages
  • On demand replays of selected stages available post show
  • Exclusive discounts on accommodation and flights
  • Complimentary food and beverage on the show floor

Is it possible to register more than one delegate before paying or must I pay for each delegate individually? You can register several delegates before submitting to pay at checkout and do not have to pay for all registered delegates at the same time.

I do not yet know the details of the delegates who will be attending, can I still register them? You can still register passes without having to provide any details up until Midnight GMT Mon 10 April 2023 (from 00.01 GMT Tues 11 April 2023). Once you have the details, you'll be able to update the registration from the My Orders section of your My Account area.

How to secure your Money20/20 Europe part 2

I have created an account but I haven't received my password. What should I do? Please click on Forgotten Password and enter the email address you used to create your account. You should then receive an email to reset your password. If you do not receive the link, please contact the Delegates Team.

Book With Confidence

If you find yourself in any of the below scenarios within the 14 days before the show, we’ll be happy to move your pass across to next year's show so that you can have peace of mind that it won't go to waste:

  • The country/state that you live in closes its borders to travel
  • The country/state you live in issues advice not to travel to Amsterdam
  • The country/state you live in has imposed an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel
  • There is an unavoidable quarantine on arrival in Amsterdam
  • pass picker pageThere is a further lockdown phase in the country/state you live in that prevents you from leaving your home except for essential requirements

We'd also be happy to help you transfer your pass to a colleague or client to attend in your place if you prefer.

Application Pass Types

How can I apply for a specialty pass type? You can apply to unlock an exclusive discounted rate if your company is a Start up, Retailer or Government Association. The rate is subject to confirmation that your company qualifies. No exceptions will be made.

I have submitted a speciality pass application but my pass is still showing as pending. How can I proceed with my order? Once submitted, the Delegates Team will process your application within 5 working days, once reviewed we will be in touch with the outcome. Please ensure you meet our Full Criteria before applying and provide all the correct information as required in the application form. Failure to do so will result in delays in processing your application.

Can students attend Money20/20 Europe? If you are a student in full time education, you may be eligible to attend Money20/20 Europe at a discounted rate. Please note that this is available by application only, for more information please contact the Delegates Team.

How can I attend as Media? Be the first to cover the latest fintech trends, and exclusive brand announcements live. We offer free press passes to qualified professional journalists, editorial staff, and media providing coverage for the financial services industry to Money20/20 Europe. How can I apply to speak at Money20/20Europe? Our Call for Content for 2023 is not yet open. Further details will be released in due course. Visa Information

What do I do if I require a visa? Please check with the Dutch embassy in your country if you are unsure whether a visa is necessary. Please note that only registered attendees will be provided a visa invitation letter. We always recommend you check regularly for the latest travel updates.

If you do require a visa, you can download a visa invitation letter directly online from the My Passes section of your My Account area. Once you have registered, simply click on Options on the pass(es) under your Purchased Orders and then Download Visa Letter. If the name on your registration differs from the one on your passport, please contact the Delegates Team.

Payments part 1

Which currencies do you accept? All payments must be made in EUR (€). We do not accept any other currency.

Do your prices include tax? All passes are subject to 21% Dutch VAT - this is paid directly to the Dutch government, however companies based in the Netherlands with a valid Dutch VAT number are exempt from this and will need to contact Customer Accounts Team to arrange for this to be reimbursed, upon receipt of their valid VAT number. VAT may be reclaimable via your local tax representative for companies not based in The Netherlands.

What methods of payment are accepted? You can pay prior to the event with: • VISA • MasterCard • American Express • Maestro • JCB • Discover • Diners Club • Bank Transfer

How do I pay by Bank Transfer/Invoice? Contact the Delegates Team to request this service. We will activate this option in your account and you’ll be able to download your invoice directly upon checkout. Payment is required immediately. By completing checkout via Bank Transfer you are entering a binding contract by which you are required to make payment in full. To find out more see our T&Cs. The ability to checkout via bank transfer will no longer be available two weeks prior to the show.

Payments part 2

What options do I have if my credit card is declined? It is advisable to contact your card issuing bank to authorise them to release the appropriate funds. Another alternative is a payment by bank transfer/invoice or via a secure payment link, please contact the Delegates Team for assistance.

I get an error message when trying to checkout, who can I contact? Please contact the Delegates Team with a description of the steps taken, a screenshot of the error message you received and the browser version you are using. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

Pass Amendments, Money20/20 Connect & Sponsors

Name Changes and Pass Amendments

Can I change the name of a booked delegate? Yes, if you wish to make a name change, you can do so by hovering over the delegate’s pass from the My Orders section of your My Account area, clicking on Options and then Replace Delegate and complete the details of the new delegate attending.

Can I move passes to another account? Yes, if you wish to move the passes to a different account please Contact us for further assistance. Please note we are unable to split out passes between accounts, bookings made up of multiple passes will have to be moved together.

Is there a deadline to make a name change? No, however it will no longer be possible to make a name change via your online account from Midnight GMT Sun 4 June 2023 (from 00:01 GMT Mon 5 June 2023). It is also possible to make a name change onsite at Badge Pick Up as long as the badge has not yet been printed.

I can only attend for one day; can I transfer my pass to somebody else? No, passes are non-transferable once printed.


Are passes refundable or transferable? All passes are non-refundable nor can they be transferred to another Money20/20 show. However they may be transferred to another person. To make changes to an existing registration, please login to My Account > Purchased Orders > Options > Replace Delegate and complete the details of the new delegate attending. For more details see our T&Cs.

Money20/20 Connect, Agenda & Attendee list part 1

Can I have access to an attendee list? All registered delegates will be able to view, sort and filter the full attendee list in Money20/20 Connect once it launches. Please note that due to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our internal policy states that we are unable to share/export or disclose any delegate data or booking details, amongst other things, to individual sponsors and companies.

When can I access Money20/20 Connect? All registered delegates will gain access to Money20/20 Connect once it launches. Your login credentials will be sent to you via email along with instructions on how to login. You will have the option to opt in/out of networking from the My Passes section of your My Account area. Money20/20 Connect, Agenda & Attendee list part 2

Will we share your personal data with third parties?

Money20/20 owns all rights to the Attendee List and we do not confer any right on third parties to sell it. Your information is confidential and we process it responsibly.

We only share personal data with our selected partners, representatives, and sponsors. For example, we may share attendee lists with event sponsors so that they can better plan their sponsorship to enhance attendee experience and, where applicable, to choose invitees to private briefings, meetings or dinners.

We may also share your personal data with public and governmental authorities if we are required to do so, or with third parties in connection with potential corporate or commercial transaction, the other brands of Ascential, and our third-party service providers, including IT service providers, marketing automation, solutions and analytics providers, marketing agencies, professional advisors.

Health & Safety Onsite

We will be following all local and national guidelines in the Netherlands and where necessary we will be enhancing these to provide additional safety and comfort to attendees.

Full information on our Health & Safety protocols will be published on our website and updated on this page closer to the show date.

Badge pick up

The Rai Amsterdam, Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands Elicium via Entrance D is the main registration location to pick up all Money20/20 Badges. You only need to collect your badge once! There is no need to return to registration on the following day, you can access the show directly via the main entrance K.

To pick up your Money20/20 Europe Badge, you must present your unique barcode which will be sent to you over email a few days before the show. There is no need to print as we will be able to scan directly from your phone using the self service kiosks.

To expedite the badge pickup process, ensure you have completed all your details (or made any necessary changes) including passport-style headshot photo of yourself (where you can be clearly recognised for security purposes) to your pass in your Pass Manager.

Dietary requirements

I have specific dietary requirements. Can I add this in my booking? We at Money20/20 want to ensure that we are catering to you as best as possible. Please ensure that you add in your dietary requirements at the time of your registration or latest by 15th May 2023. You will see a designated field for this when registering your pass. If you did not book your own pass, please contact the Delegates Team with your dietary requirements.

Am I allowed to bring in my own food? You will not be able to bring food into the venue but not to worry, your pass includes complimentary food and drink throughout the day.
