Amplify

Amplify was launched in 2021 at Money20/20 USA as an exclusive application only, curated leadership program and has since been rolled out at all of our global events. Through this four-day, curated program, we'll raise visibility and cultivate connections for people of color & underrepresented groups in the industry.

Our history in numbers:

• The first Amplify cohort started in 2021
• Since inception, we have had 450+ candidates from around the world as part of our cohort
• 60% of our cohort are people of colour or latinx
• 1% of our cohort are people with disabilities
