The ultimate checklist to plan your trip. Everything you need at a glance!

Pre-Trip Checklist:

  • Book your accommodation
  • Check with the Dutch embassy in your country if you need a visa and download a visa letter directly from your Account
  • Make sure your badge details & dietary requirements are up to date in Pass Manager
  • Download Money20/20 Connect to plan your favourite sessions and book meetings with attendees *Note Money20/20 Connect has not yet launched, stay tuned for further updates.

Onsite Checklist:

  • Find your badge barcode and head to Badge Pick Up to collect your badge
  • Connect to Wifi (details will be on the badge)
  • You’re all set - happy networking!

Pre-arrival

Money20/20 delegates get to book accommodation with exclusive discounts.

Do you need a visa? You can download a visa invitation letter directly online from the My Passes section of your My Account area. Once you have registered, simply click on Options on the pass(es) under your Purchased Orders and then Download Visa Letter.

Your online pass should show as ‘Ready to Go’ Make sure your details on the badge in your account are up to date and correct. The pass shows as ‘Ready to Go’ if all details are complete.

Your Money20/20 Badge will look like this The badge shows your Headshot, Name, Company Name and Job Title. If you need to make any amendments to go to your Account or Contact Us.

What does my pass include? All delegates passes include the same benefits:

  • Full access to the show across 3 days
  • Unlimited networking opportunities including access to the full attendee list via Money20/20 Connect
  • Curated content across multiple stages
  • On demand replays of selected stages available post show
  • Exclusive discounts on accommodation and flights
  • Complimentary food and beverage on the show floor

Dietary requirements? Add these via the Pass Manager. If you did not book your own pass, Contact Us with your requirements.

Download Money20/20 Connect app (Note the app is not yet live, stay tuned for more updates on release date closer to the show!)

Your Barcode email Bring your barcode to the registration to collect your physical badge. We will send you your barcode via email a few days before the first day of the show. Please note you will only receive your barcode email if your booking is completed and paid for. If you are unsure and would like to check, contact our Finance Team and provide your order number.

Create your Schedule Customise your own list of must-see content sessions, view and filter the attendee list and book your meetings via the app.

Dress to Impress Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and reflects your brand best. It should be layered, as room temperatures can vary.

Onsite

Collect your Badge at Registration Further information is on our Badge Pick up page.

Connect to the WIFI Complimentary wifi will be available to all delegates at the show. Check the screens throughout the venue or the back of your badge for details.

Drop your bags There will be cloakroom facilities available at the main entrance if you’d like to check in your bags, coats, etc.

Check the Floor Plan You’ll have access to the floor plan via Money20/20 Connect. All registered delegates will gain access to Connect20/20 once it launches. Your login credentials will be sent to you via email along with instructions on how to login.
