Nitzan is ThetaRay's VP of Product and the driving force for the development of state of the art AI-powered new products for Anti-Money Laundering monitoring and Compliance as a service. Previously, Nitzan held leadership roles as Head of Transaction Monitoring, AML & Fraud at Revolut, and Head of Surveillance and Financial Crime Technology at Nomura. Nitzan has won several awards for her work including 2020 best Regtech practitioner and was named one of the UK Top 100 Women in Tech. She is a passionate keynote speaker on Financial Crime and Regtech and a strong advocate of using innovative technology to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the compliance space. She holds a BS. on Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University and an ICA International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering.
