With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Erald has held leadership roles at some of the most successful crypto and payment businesses worldwide. He previously served as Global Head of Operations for Paysafe, a licensed EMI payment institution, as well as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Crypto.com. Additionally, he was the Head of Growth for Europe at Binance, where he played a key role in scaling operations across the continent.
