Ania Lackey has spent over a decade working in Atlanta’s business and startup ecosystem, with a focus on building strategic partnerships that drive growth for entrepreneurs. At Atlanta Tech Village, one of the U.S.’s largest startup hubs, she helped connect founders, investors, and corporate partners through sponsorships, strategic programming, and community-driven initiatives.

She also held roles at the Georgia Department of Economic Development and the Metro Atlanta Chamber, where she supported U.S. companies in international expansion and developed initiatives to promote Atlanta’s innovation ecosystem on the global stage. Her network spans both global markets and local innovation hubs, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and long-term value creation.

Originally from Poland, Ania now calls Atlanta home, where she’s raising three kids and spends weekends camping, hiking, and planning her next travel adventure.
