Amplify
Empowering People Of Color And Underrepresented Leaders

What's Amplify?
Amplify was launched in 2021 at Money20/20 USA and has since been rolled out to our Europe show. Through this program, we provide people of color and underrepresented communities, with the network, tools and techniques needed to help them strategically advance their career and reach new heights. Since inception, we have had 450+ candidates from around the world as part of our cohort, with 60% being people of colour or latinx, and 1% having disabilities.
Applications are now closed for 2025. Selected cohort members will be notified late March.

Great learning opportunity, especially on the fintech industry and establishing strategic partnerships. Now I hope that I can help recruit and possibly mentor the next Amplify members.
