As an industry, we know that the firms that get complacent get left behind. From banks to payment methods to technologies, it’s not always the first to move that wins, but it’s never the one that doesn’t move at all.

Jeff Bezos, in his 1998 shareholder letter, famously said he asks his employees to fear their customers because they are loyal “right up until the second that someone else offers them a better service.” Money people need the freshest ideas and the smartest plans to build businesses that their customers will love (and stay loyal to) and their regulators will approve.

That’s why at Money20/20, our goal is to deliver content and conversations that help you move your business forward.
